What should I send with my documents?

Please provide:

  • Clear photographs or scans of every page you need translated.
  • Both sides of cards or certificates where information appears on the reverse.
  • Complete images showing document edges, stamps, annotations and dates.
  • The English spelling of your name as shown in your passport.
  • Your intended use, receiving organisation and any submission deadline.

If names are spelled differently across your documents, point this out when ordering. Send the documents as issued, without editing names, dates or other details yourself.

What will I receive?

Your translation is supplied as a PDF and includes the English translation, the translator’s declaration and signature, and a NAATI digital stamp.

Printed copies can also be posted within Australia. Postage costs extra, and postal delivery time is additional to translation time. If the receiving organisation specifies a particular format, let us know before ordering. View pricing and delivery information.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide NAATI-certified translation services?

Yes. Your Taiwanese documents are translated by a NAATI-certified translator holding the relevant Chinese-to-English credential. The completed translation includes the translator’s certification details.

Can I order while I am in Taiwan or elsewhere overseas?

Yes. You can arrange the translation remotely and receive the completed PDF by email. For documents requiring a quote, send your files through email or WeChat and tell us when you need them. Contact our team.

Do I need to post my original documents?

No. Clear photographs or scans are sufficient for us to prepare the translation. Keep your originals available in case the organisation receiving your application asks to see them.

Does every Taiwanese document cost AU$20?

No. AU$20 is the starting price and applies to a Taiwanese driver licence. Other documents have their own published prices or require a quote based on their content and length.

Can you arrange an urgent translation?

Contact us with your documents and deadline. We will confirm availability, the additional fee and the expected delivery time before payment.
