1. Scope of Services

Jinding Translation Service (澳洲墨尔本金鼎翻译公司) provides NAATI-certified document translation and Apostille application assistance.

Fixed prices: Some standard documents are charged at the fixed prices published on our website. Please refer to our translation price list.
Individual quotations: For other documents, please contact our customer service team. Quotations are based on the document type, language direction, word count, complexity and formatting requirements.
Translation arrangements: We will arrange the translation once you have accepted the quotation and completed payment.
Changes to the content: If you add, replace or amend the source documents, or request changes to the translation content after accepting the quotation and paying, the translation fee will be adjusted according to the revised workload. Translation errors attributable to us will be corrected free of charge under Section 5.

We will provide an estimated delivery time based on your requirements and the agreed terms.
If circumstances beyond our control or other delays arise, we will promptly contact you and adjust the delivery time.

We are committed to providing high-quality translations in accordance with industry standards.
All materials supplied by you will be kept strictly confidential. We will not use them for other purposes without your written consent. Please refer to our confidentiality policy.
Once an error is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will correct it free of charge and send you an updated electronic translation. If you have purchased a printed copy, we will arrange a replacement as appropriate.

We are not responsible for translation errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate source materials supplied by you.
You are responsible for the legal consequences of your use of the translated content.

Once you have confirmed your order and completed payment, payments will not be refunded if you cancel solely because you have changed your mind. This applies from the time payment is completed, whether or not translation work has begun.
Significant quality problems or failure to deliver within the agreed time that are attributable to us will be handled in accordance with our refund policy. This section does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Any dispute relating to these Terms of Service should first be addressed through discussion between the parties.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it may be referred to a court and determined under the laws of the place where the contract was entered into.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website or communicated to you by email.
Your continued use of our translation services after receiving notice of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
